We're kicking things off in style! First, Orlando owners will host school tours and share tips and tricks. We’ll then host a networking luncheon at Maggiano’s Little Italy. That evening, prepare to be transported to a world of glamour and intrigue at our exciting CWS Casino Night!

Friday, Sept. 27th • Guest Speaker, Awards & Celebration, Team Building

We start with breakfast and inspiration from our keynote speaker, Ron Shuali. At lunch, we’ll celebrate with school awards and our Expo will be open with exciting updates and tips from our expert vendors. That evening, it's time to have some team-focused fun on your own!

Saturday Sept. 28th • Inspiring Workshops, Peer Collaboration

We’ll end our time together with breakfast, team collaboration, and parting words of wisdom from Ron Shuali, who will share insight to help take your team to the next level. We know you will go back to your schools energized and full of great ideas to implement!

CWS Casino Night

Bring on the bling and prepare to be transported to a world of glamour and intrigue! Conference officially kicks off with our very first CWS Casino Night. We’ll have professional dealers and a variety of games, including blackjack, poker, and roulette. Play to win as you enjoy ample appetizers, including slider and mac ‘n cheese stations. Cocktails can be purchased from the cash bar. Turn in your chips for silent auction items, prize baskets, and other amazing gifts! All proceeds will be donated to Alex’s Lemonade Stand as we continue our nonprofit partnership.

Ron Shuali, M.Ed.

Ron Shuali, M.Ed. has been called the “Messiah of the Mind”, the “Behavior Master” and the “Bad Boy of Early Childhood. His laughter-filled keynotes, workshops, and assemblies are always full of eye-opening experiences as audiences have multiple “Ah-HA!” moments. He is the creator of the internationally acclaimed Yogarate and Behavior Mastery systems. Ron holds a Master’s of Education specializing in Early Childhood, is a best-selling author, motivational speaker, and most importantly…He is funny. His background in martial arts, yoga, reiki, professional wrestling, and improv creates hilarious and educational experiences focusing on mindfulness and connecting with fellow humans and their inner child.

What meals are included?
Thursday – optional lunch at Maggiano’s Little Italy, heavy appetizers at our Casino Night Friday – breakfast and lunch Saturday – breakfast
What are the Registration Fees?
• Pre-Conference Networking Event at Maggiano’s Little Italy - $35/pp • Early Bird Conference Registration (register by June 30th) - $100/pp • Early Bird Group Rate (register by June 30th) - $200 for 3 attendees • Regular Registration Fees (register by August 15th) - $150/pp • Late Registration (after August 15th) - $200/pp
What do I wear?
Thursday luncheon, Friday, and Saturday will be business casual. Note: Conference rooms can get chilly, so you might want to bring a light jacket. For Friday evening’s Casino Night, bling it up! This could mean denim & diamonds, glitz & glam. The look is up to you!
What do I need to know about parking?
• The Venue Parking Regular Rate at the Renaissance is $36, and our Discounted Parking Rate (with hotel stay) is $18. • If you’re staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, the daily parking rate is $12.
What are the School Tour logistics?
• Once we have our final RSVPs, we will provide you with all the details for your tour!
